1.Project Outline：Jilin City Public Transportation Company is a main enterprise of Jilin City Public Transportation. Now, there are 926 sets vehicles and 59 transportation lines. Passenger transportation is 996 million persons per kilometer. At present, most vehicles are put the open air after the base facilities of our parking lot were stopped. So, Jilin City Public Transportation Company will change to construct the parking lot. They will change to construct 6 parking lots and 2 vehicle repairing plant. Construction period is 5 years.
2. Analysis of Economic Benefit：After the parking lot will be set up, the benefits will be come out of prolonging vehicle usage time, advancing vehicle technique status, decreasing costs & accidents and so on. In the meantime, it’ll show prominent social benefits. The economic profits will be 3.494 million USD per year.
3.Style of Cooperation：Loan, importing capitals and stock.
