Mr. Michael Gang Bai is Client Partner of Korn/Ferry International Consulting (Beijing) Ltd. He joined Korn/Ferry International Beijing Representative Office in 1997 and was promoted to the current position in 2000.

　　Starting as a generalist, Michael G. Bai has been focusing on placing executives for both multinational and prominent Chinese corporations in the Advanced Technology, Financial Services and Media sectors lately.

　　Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Michael G. Bai spent more than nine years in the United States. He worked in the hospitality and trading fields for about seven years and later set up and managed a company of his own.

　　Michael G. Bai holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the City University of New York and an MBA from Fordham University.
