Nevin Xiao
Nevin Xiao is currently heading the Human Resources Department of China International Capital Corporation (CICC), a joint-ventured leading investment bank between Morgan Stanley Inc and China Construction Bank. Nevin’s responsibilities covers all the major functions of human resources management (HRM), such as recruiting, training and development, performance management, career management and compensation & benefit.
Nevin Xiao has been working in the field of HRM for about 12 years covering an array of industries such as service industry, consumer goods and the investment banking. Nevin is the China Staff Award Winner of Best HR Manager in Beijing for year 2001.
Nevin received his BA in English literature from Guangzhou Foreign Language Institute in 1982 and obtained his MA in Education Management from the University of Reading, UK in 1987. In 1995 Nevin was trained on the certified Strategic Human Resources Management in the National University of Singapore. In 1998 Nevin received his training on investment bank in Morgan Stanley New York.
